We require name lists and passport numbers of all personnel on board in order to prepare in & out immigration paperwork. This information should be submitted at least 2 days prior to arrival.

Even for gas and go flights which do not involve crew or passengers disembarking, Immigration still require name lists and passport numbers for security regulations.

For efficient immigration process and to prevent delays upon arrival, we require name lists along with passport numbers of both crews and passengers to be sent 1-2 days in advance. Please also note that all passengers must apply for TDAC (Thailand Digital Arrival Card) at least 3 days prior to arrival in Thailand. This requirement has been officially instituted and strictly enforced effectively as of 1 May 2025.

Thailand digital Arrival card is a digital immigration form that replaces the traditional paper-based TM.6. It provides convenience for all passengers entering Thailand by air, land and sea. TDAC is also utilized to submit entry and health declaration information prior to arrival as authorized by the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand.
